I was able to get a storage unit and move in the same day. Move out a as just as simple and I was extra happy j was able to get a unit within a mile from my house which made the move even easier. The staff at storage sense was great and didn't have an issue at all from the call checking prices to moving out. Thanks again

Had my car in here for less than a month, I set up several mouse traps. I would come by every 2 days to check on it, and always had a LEAST one dead mouse, sometimes 2. The structure is not very tightly sealed, there are openings of daylight in little walls between the garage doors. I tried sealing them with some aluminum duct tape, but they still get in some how. Also, after a major rainstorm last week, the cover on my car was all wet! So there is water coming in from the roof. Not good. So for now, I just brought my car back to my house. Thank god the first month was free! I would have been bitter if I had paid 150 bucks, to have water leaking in and non-stop mouse traffic.

Storage sense is a terrible company to do business with. They are overcharging their customers. I was given a senior discount that they never recognized. In a year and a half my charges have almost doubled. I was paying $37.00 a month for years when the Milkies owned it and now it’s up to $62.00. They are robbers

Justin was very easy to work with and very accommodating. They don't have conditioned space in S. Windsor, CT or I would have rented more space.
