We moved to CT, and our builder recommended Storage Sense. It was such an easy process to book our storage unit. We weren’t sure how big of a unit we would require but were told we could switch to a larger unit if needed, which we ended up doing. Jill at the front desk was beyond wonderful. We are a moving company, moving a client out of this storage facility and Jill was pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and not to mention generous, giving us (the moving team) bottles of water. The storage units are all clean and in tip top condition but really Jill's customer service is what made our experience that much more.

Aside from having my unit red locked in error it was a fine experience. Although I thought it was temperature controlled? Always very cold tgere.
