We rented 4 units for temporary storage in in a business move. Great people and great service that's highly responsive. Water tight units. Mostly built-in locks. Secure gate-access to the property and complete camera coverage for additional security.

My only hesitation about using again relates to our particular situation, and that's the 4-in or so concrete water barrier at the entrance to all the units we were given. It makes loading and unloading so much more difficult because you can't really use even a hand truck, much less a pallet jack. We've had other units without this lip. I can only imagine that they have drainage inside instead, and of course, your stuff should be up on pallets in case water does come in, so there are pros and cons to each system. Just know which one you need.
Also the availability of larger units, 40 ft ones, with front and rear doors would be preferred for our purposes, but that's just us.

Well run storage facility that doesn't have surprise last minute charges. Good prices. The manager, Justin, was very helpful.

It provided space that we needed, largely dry. Mice were an added feature. Our rate was significantly higher than what's being quoted currently for the same space. That gains nothing but my disrespect. Longer term customers should be rewarded not penalized.

This facility provided easy access for customers, but with secure storage. The staff was friendly and available to help and solve problems when necessary. The storage unit was clean and dry.

There were some issues with the locks and keys that needed to be replaced due to original keys were mysteriously not working anymore. I understand that the economy dictates increases, but with no additional maintenance requirements I didn't understand the rate increases. Overall it was a good experience dealing with my location at Storage Sense

Worse place you would ever want to deal with. Little to no communication, lied about the unit, I moved out they kept it open for 3 months and kept charging my card, took forever to get one refund back. No management.

Avoid this place like it is the plague!!! Your stuff is NOT safe here!! They will let random people in your unit without your consent to steal your stuff. Then they will avoid dealing with it. Well I trusted this place and had to temporarily store urns in my unit over a weekend. I came back Monday to get them and bring them home and found they let a central connecticut professor lynn page in my unit without ever talking to me and she stole my urns and threw my loved ones in a garbage can. Among a lot of other stuff she stole. The police can't do anything since they opened my unit for her even though I didn't consent. So if you want your valuables stolen get a unit here. Ohhhh almost left out their slap in the face $2,000 and then $5,000 offers as if that makes up for what they did.
