Once in a rare while, a company comes along that surpasses the Home Healthcare competition with regard to patient care, advocacy, AND with regard to supporting all of it's departments as well as their DSPs. Having worked with DMH and having empathized with patients and families over their frustrations of staffing call-off's, or even worse--a company that does not value their caregivers. I have pleasently realized and discovered that Rainbow Home Care is a step above the rest. As the Staffing Manager for 10+ years and a Coordinator before, I hold core values at the center of my work and delivery of patient care: 1) Integrity, 2) Patient Advocacy, 3) Professional Excellence, and 4) Supporting the family unit as key in the healing and well-being of every patient. As an employer, Rainbow Home Care aligns with my core and moral values and has exceeded the expectations of the family and patients we serve. I'm so fortunate and excited to be part of an agency that from top to bottom genuinely cares not only for the ones they serve but for those providing the service as well.

I am a current employee and I am disappointed in the work ethic that we have I called the office never got a call back. There are coworkers that are horrible do nothing we report them nothing happens. If you want no responsibility and a paycheck come work here. Years ago this was a good company but in sorry t say it has gone down the drain.

I just have started working with this company since May. I'd say it's great people to work with and they do try to improve, making sure they are going above for everyone's happiness. They show that they really want the best for the clients and for the employees. It's quite the passion to see and makes me glad to be part of that team! I always didn't have the help when I was younger so I'm glad to be part of the change. Being able to provide the service and feel needed by clients is a nice feeling because I will do my best. It just made me love what I do and I learn every day as a caregiver ?

I have been working for Rainbow Home Care for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I enjoy working here! All the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Management and staff take great pride in working with their clients. We all enjoy helping others in need. We are opened Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 5pm and Fridays from 8am - 4:30pm. After hours we have 24/hour on-call assistance.
