Terrible quality scans. I have gone in weekly for about 2 months now and the quality of scans are terrible and so overpriced. They ruined one of my plans and wrinkled it and don't care. I went into FedEx and scanned it myself and it was $6.00 and looked 10 times better.

I used this company on a University project for Cal State Long Beach. Our specifications were tough, in that the vinyl being used had to meet something that was Green with no added PVC in it. Riot was able to meet that spec and the colors that my client wanted. From sales to install, their staff was informative through the process and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely do business with them in the future and would recommend to others.

Everyone at ARC is so professional and clearly enjoys what they do. They do student discounts which was much appreciated. For my senior show I needed a 4x6 presentation board which another printer had messed up. ARC saved the day though, I was able to email them the file Friday night and pick up the order on Monday at 3pm! I also printed a 40 page 11x17 spiral bound portfolio with clear cover & backer that was only $20! Will definitely continue to use them whenever I need something printed, they've got things down to a science.

I had to get a booklet printer for my university assignment. They have really good student deals so make sure to mention that. The workers were very helpful over the email. I talked to Margi and Aaron. Ferah billed me once I and he was very helpful and kind. Very satisfied and I'll definitely come back for other printing needs

I have run many creative jobs - including a ton of rush jobs through the Costa Mesa location and my expectations have been exceeded every single time. The quality and customer service is amazing. Highly recommend. When I need a quote it is back to me in a matter of an hour - when I need a product and I am not sure what material I need for the use they help me understand my options, they work with my timeframes and always deliver on time and everything always looks beautiful. I recently had a printing job that needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I reached out to ARC and they did an amazing job! They were able to rush the job and still deliver high-quality prints. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product.

Great service and exactly what we were looking for. Services were to scan our office files for two companies and shred when completed. We had tried another company before and they messed things up and made us very wary of trusting another company. We found ARC online and saw the good reviews so decided to try it. Contacted Andrew for a quote. Spot on and easy to work with. Jose Vazquez handled it from there and was great to work with. All we had to do was organize our files in boxes and they came, picked it up, scanned everything, easy link to download and then scheduled the shred. It was perfect and exactly what we needed and fast. We will definitely be using them again for all our annual clean up of files and archiving.
