Absolutely love this business. I used Metro to store my college aged son’s things during the summer. The owner is fantastic. So friendly and transparent. He was helpful in figuring out what size unit we needed and the price was right and fair. They had a college special for parents - so awesome.

Came back to collect our things for move in day and everything was as we left it. The place is clean, well cared for and well run.

I highly recommend them. And we will be back. Thanks so much.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how well kept the facility was. The prices were very reasonable not only for the storage but also the supplies (ex: locks, mattress covers etc...). The staff is friendly and informative. They didn't mind showing us different size unit. Lastly, if you have a vehicle with a 10' clearance you can drive it in side and up the ramp. This is an all enclosed facility. Non are accessible from the outside. Great location in the heart of the city.

Can't speak highly enough of the three gentlemen who were working here when I rented a truck. They went though a couple of options and tried to get me the best deal possible, easily the best customer service I've ever had at a self-storage/truck rental spot. I will definitely come back again.

Up until today, I would have given them a five-star review however I never knew that you could be charged so much for late fees, and then to have them do nothing for you, and to be clear we're not talking about somebody that rented the bin for one month I'm a loyal customer and have been for quite a while now, have spent thousands of dollars in rent day, and no type of understanding, didn't even try to help at all, then when I asked if they could you get every reason why they can, me personally, I understand if it happened all the time however in this situation the first time in 2 years that I missed a payment on time, the fact that you guys are only open 9:00 to 5:00 Saturdays till 3:00 no Sundays no holidays, I I will be paying more just not to use them and it's simply on the fact that I deserve the respect I've given and even maybe a little bit of humility would go a long way but hey you guys have a waiting list so you obviously don't care

I've had a storage locker here since 2012 through now. I live out of state, but the team at Metro has always, always been friendly and helpful. My items have never had any damage. They're awesome.

I got a storage unit for a friend who didn't have his ID on him at the time, but I put his name on the unit so that he could get his belongings when he wanted. He went to get his stuff and wasn't allowed to get it and I have been getting calls to pay for the unit when he was clearly listed as a person having access to the unit, but not allowed to retrieve it.
