Wright County Human Services Center

1st contact 8/12. No response. Visited center, 2 was later, no one working , left contact info. No response. Visited again a week later spoke w/ 2 men at reception desk, told I would be mailed info. 1.5 was later, NO RESPONSE. Hate profiling, but these people seen to be atypical government employees.

I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at the agency! You guys do a fantastic job and help out many people and families. I realize that you have a difficult job at times. However every time I have ever reached out to the agency everyone has been awesome! Thanks for the hard work, thanks for caring and I want you to understand that I appreciate you. John T. you are always very helpful and supportive. Rebecca M. thanks so much for everything. Thank you guys again for everything!!!!

Calling Wright County always blows my mind! Its such a pleasant experience! The people i talk to are knowledgeable, helpful, informative, friendly, easy to understand, etc. I get phone call anxiety when im dealing with anything important and their demeanor on the phone always chills me out. Im repeatedly finding reasons that im thankful to live in Wright County. P

2/12/24 I had a amazing experience today with John I called due to I receive a letter stating my health care is no longer available. I was very confused do 2 why. John looked into it and saw the issue and I am grateful! Headz up do to my experience call the county your in and you will get some were. I called the #z on the health care closing notice got now were very frustrating!!!!

Trying to get clarification on my case. I've spoken to Jay who is super nice and helpful before. No complaints at all with him. I would give him 5 stars. He's doing great. Lori I think her name is, is super rude and I hate talking to her. She's condescending and not helpful at all.

The lady here was extremely nice. And was willing to do anything in her power to help.

No matter who you have "assigned" to your case, be prepared to get treated like dogsh*t for needing help. Kasey is the kind of person who would steal your wallet & pretend to help you look for it. Seriously, these people desperately need oversight. A financial audit would do them good as well. I keep getting notices that my personal protected health information was leaked outside of DHS by more than 1 Wright County employee. You WILL be frustrated, you might end up in tears, but you will definitely be treated poorly no matter your own demeanor. Sadly, those needing assistance from DHS don't get to choose whether or not they were handed a disability or another life circumstance that has them down & in despair.
