A totally excellent experience. From 1st contact all the way through follow up, the company was completely professional. They were right on time, and completed all the shredding on-site and a clean, professional manner. The technician was clean, friendly, and respectful of my home and property. The shredding was done and I was able to observe it on the truck mounted screen. I highly recommend Legal Shred.

Efficient, pleasant and accommodating.
We’ve been cleaning out our garage and Legal Shred saved us a heap of aggravation and time ( as well as preserving our personal info) by arriving in a truck equipped with a high speed shredder. I was able to watch a the process via a live camera installed inside the truck. Price was fair and process was painless… highly recommend!
Fifteen years of tax documents, bank statements and personal documents … safely shredded in less than five minutes!

The technician from Legal Shred was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at my home when he said he would. I was able to watch while their bin with my papers were hoisted up into their truck and shredded while I watched.
Not only was their service great, but the cost was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Legal Shred to anyone who as a lot of paperwork to shred.

From the beginning with CSR Megan Hufford, to the end with Christian and his colleague, it was a smooth, effortless and actually pretty cool bidding farewell to pesky docs that sat there waiting to be shredded. I got tired of shredding them myself so I figured why not schedule with Legal Shred? I did a lot of research from other companies before selecting Legal Shred and found that their customer service was on point. I already recommended to a bunch of friends to use them. Only thing you need to do is add Florida to the list. Thanks Megan, and Legal Shred team! We hope we made it easy for you guys as well! Christian was fun to work with. Bye bye papers! Also they do destroy hard drives on site so go for that as well. You get the emails of the receipts, service reports, and certificate of destruction sent right away.

I had services on 9/24/24 which legal shred provided
They gave a date and time which they fulfilled. I had so much to shred like legal documents,bank stuff, tax docs ,magazines along with years of paperwork documents and i wanted to feel secure upon getting it done properly without my information being stolen. I couldn't shred this by myself...it was too much to handle. Legal shred workers came inside my home removing my items for shredding then brought it outside to the truck where I watched on the monitor alllll....of my important things being shredded away. It was a big relief for me and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely will be recommending legal shred to others and thanks again Leonard..your customer service was great. 👍

I needed a company that would shred at my location because most of the papers included clients personal information soI didn’t want it out of my sight. Legal shred was easy to contact and work with. I was given a four hour window appointment timeframe and was contacted by the driver about 20 minutes before his arrival. The drivers were very nice, helpful, polite and efficient. My papers were shredded in less than five minutes and check-out was easy and quick. I’m happy to have extra space at my office but most importantly – – I’m happy to know that my clients personal information remained protected while in my care, and during its disposal.
