We have been working with National Archives for upwards of five years. It has been an absolute pleasure. Brad and Chris make it so easy for us to get our old patient files. HIGHLY recommend this company for your storage needs! We were a busy office with ALOT of clients who were on our old paper chart system. Nat. Archives did a phenomenal job of turning that into an easily searchable electronic data format. Customer service is excellent, and trust me I was a challenge. They didn't hesitate at all, and were a huge help every step!

Our accounting firm has been using National Archives services for over 15 years and we couldn't be happier. As soon as our files are ready to go into storage, someone comes and picks them up. Whenever we need a file retrieved, it is sent via FedEx and we have it the next day. There have been times where a file has been incorrectly logged in our system and they have gone above and beyond in tracking it down for us. We added their in house shredding service recently, their prices for that were the most reasonable.
