The representative at this Xfinity store set up my account incorrectly. He put in the incorrect apartment number. So the had to put a ticket in to close the account and try to reopen another account. They changed me $45 to open the account. The was charged additional $45.00.. 2 more times. They have taken out almost $150.00 out of my account. I will be filing a complaint. This is NOT a corporate store. This is a 3rd party store. Someone needs to give me answers why my account has unauthorized charges., I have just received a response for someone that’s says to be the owner of. You put some random message saying your store is available to help 7 days a week. Your store hasn’t help. This problem started from one of you employees doing things incorrectly. Then causing me to drive 30 to try and fix. Then they couldn’t fix. So a ticket needed to be placed. Then when try to fix the mistake what your employee did, they messed something up and it changed me 2 more times. So Mr. Owner unless you’re willing to help fix the problem you can keep your responses to yourself. How about you find a solution instead some random message. I will go to the store tomorrow. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. My name is at the top of my profile. I’m not leaving my address online., that’s a ridiculous question to ask.

Great experience! Erica greeted me promptly and showed me a variety of products. She helped me order what I wanted and followed up with a text to make sure I was set. She gave me her hours in case I needed to come to the store to set up my new phone (watch). Two thumbs up for great customer service!

The staff at the store was very great. However, I must warn you that the customer service when you call and get some random foreigner in some random city in some random country who barely speaks English… You’re going to have trouble. But the guys at the store were great!

Staff member stole my phone upon upgrading. I brought my old phone to the store and employee stated it would be sent to warehouse. Spoke with corporate and they stated that the store should not have taken the phone because that is not the process. That specific employee stole the phone and corporate has been dealing with ever since. Store employees and manager should be in jail for stealing from customers. Been dealing with Xfinity since September 2023. It is not end of March 2024. Fraud department already investigated manager and store and manager refused to give employee names and stated cameras were not working. Shady store with shady management team. Do not do business with these people. I will continue to fight the fight until this team is held accountable.

I had gotten a new tv and was very anxious to install the new cable box. When I called xfinity customer service they said I could pick the new box up from this location but they closed at 8pm. So I left my house at 7:00 and arrived at 7:25. However, when I arrived to my surprise the doors were locked. A young woman in the store was saying they were closed. Customer service had given me the wrong hours. Fortunately, a young gentleman by the name of Todd came over to the doors and said “ it’s not your fault, I’ll gladly help you out”. Todd took my old box and gave me the new one. It was quick and painless and I was on my way only after a few minutes. What could of been an inconvenient ordeal turned into a pleasant experience thanks to the kindness and excellent customer service of Todd. Thanks again, Todd!!

The customer service experience at this particular was beyond measure. Professionalism and knowledge was amazing. Naz who assisted me throughout was super helpful and attentive. The entire team to include the store manager Jacinta were engaging and awesome as a whole.
