We had a minor issue with the mini-split system Williams installed for us two years ago. Their technician, Brad, came out right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the repair required a part that had to be ordered, which took about two weeks. Once the part arrived, Brad returned—on a frigid 15-degree day—and expertly repaired the mini-split.

Brad was a pleasure to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. He also made sure the entire repair was covered under the unit's existing warranty.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with Williams and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having a problem with high humidity for the last week or so almost 3 weeks!! Finally got seems like a real good Tech" David Hunt" seems to be very thorough Very technical trying to work out Problems ..So seems like we might be able to get this thing Solved, after the install in the past 3-4 weeks... Seems he's working the Problem going to the Manual from factory set and trying to find problems on the Lenox Diving deep into it instead of "just looking at it and walking off"...... Feeling more Comfortable with the technical skills of this individual.... Finally had to rip out the system and hire a new company due to oversized my house oversized the 4 Ton blower motor &" oversized the A Coil 3 Ton" No wonder we're sweating in our house with so much humidity!!! It was cooling So fast it wouldn't even have time to dehumidify your whole house..6-7 Weeks I Pulled The Plug "Done" Over all the B.S.
