Visiting Angels Senior Home Care

We first worked with Visiting Angels a couple of years ago after my mother had an injury. We requested assistance for her a few times per week, which was arranged quickly. The aide was very helpful. When my mother was injured again more recently, we did not hesitate to contact Visiting Angels given our prior experience. We initially requested assistance a few times per week but then my mother needed live-in assistance. Both services were arranged promptly and the aides were a great fit with what my mother was looking for. Further, the live-in aide service was arranged on short notice over a weekend. The aides were hard working, helpful, and dedicated. In addition, Visiting Angels staff are thoughtful and very responsive to questions. My best recommendation is that we have worked with this agency twice already and would continue to do so if needed in the future.

I have used Visiting Angels twice now. The first time was when my mother was injuried and was unable to use her walker. Currently, I used them to find a care taker to assist with my elderly parents. The care takers they found were compatible and caring to the needs of my parents. Tish, has been with us for 9 months now, has been a great fit since the beginning. They enjoy seeing her everyday. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is there and they are well taken care of. Michelle, in the office, was helpful with getting the process started and answering any continuing questions. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels of Burlington NJ has been a real blessing! I needed help with my sister-in-law as she could no longer shop for herself. The team was so helpful and responded to all my questions. They worked with me on schedules and made the process easy. I was managing my sister's account from Florida. They found the perfect live in for our family. My mom and dad are very well taken care of. They love our live in and she has become part of our family. From the very beginning if I have any concerns or questions my phone calls are always returned within an hour at the most. Michelle is very attentive to all of our needs. Peter B, an employee of Visiting Angels, took care of my dad 10 years ago. He was probably one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever had the privilege to meet and he took exceptional care of my dad. Fast forward 10 years later, I needed to find a live in for my mom. I looked no further than Visiting Angels, in spite of the high cost, because I believe their employees provide high quality care. I especially like that there is consistency of care in that my mom’s caretaker is 24/7 for months without a break. Change is tough for everyone, but it is especially difficult for my mom who is elderly and very fragile. Having the same person caring for her promotes stability, wellness and decreases stress on her and me. I’m more than satisfied with Visiting Angels.
