Long lines, increasing postage, decreasing efficiency. The government should get out of the postal and parcel delivery business.

When it comes to inefficiency and long lines, this place is the second-worst government agency behind the DMV.

Right now it’s 11AM (a non-rush hour), and we have 16 people in line and that one slow-lazy postal employee working the counter. I am standing in line with time to kill. So, I made this post for others to read when they get stuck here too.

So you put my package right on the edge of the stairs right where someone walking by can see it. Instead of taking the one extra step to leave it by the door? What are you guys even thinking? Is there nobody who orders packages themselves who works at USPS Would you like it if everyone in your neighborhood has a shot at the package before you do?

The worst customer service ever. I waited in line, after a failed attempt at the self service kiosk with my newborn baby, got up to the counter and the attendant wouldn’t help me because the address that I was attempting to verify with her wasn’t written on the box I was trying to mail. Again, I have a newborn baby and she told me to get back in line and wait once I have the address written on the box.

Excuse the yard, it is not my fault. I have been taking care of this place since 2012. After 2016 no sprinkler supplies for 4yrs, tools equipment someone took and have not given back or bought any new ones. Someone has also poured vegetation killer on bushes on Bond& Nees happened in Nov Dec 2020 maybe on a Sunday. It is sad to see this place look like this. Please don't think it custodains fault. I use to have this place looking green and clean by myself. If i have everything then i can put a dent in this place . If any information about someone spraying yard ask for me Larry or leave message with retail clerk. Thanks.

Totally rude. Basically kicked me out while I was buying stamps at the auto kiosk while other customers were still inside at 6:59 pm - 1 min before official closing time. I guess this is why they need to have a government job. When you don't understand that customers pay your salary you are either doomed or have to hide in a dead end government job. Geez. FedEx too me right in 🙂

The people inside are nice and helpful, hence the extra star. But the delivery people from this branch are incompetent and continuously "attempt to deliver" to a business address, either at like 8am before the business is open - at which point they decide to hold the package hostage while they continue their route so it can't be picked up before post office closes - or just say that delivery was attempted (during business hours) when the cameras in front of the shop say otherwise.
