Delivery drivers are, from what I've experienced, absolutely garbage. Received emails saying "delivery attempted", but have no had a single person bring a package to me. Package keep getting missed because drivers aren't actually attempting to deliver.

I was going to give this 0 stars but you have to put at least 1
I have a 4,000 dollar package missing. I have a business and shipped with insurance from New Hampshire with 3 day shipping so it was not ground. It almost got to its destination and then disappeared just before reaching it's destination.
I called and emailed, filed a claim and gave very detailed information and thought that since I had insurance that I paid for it would be easy to receive the proper compensation since it is factually lost by this company.
After hours on the phone and hours of emails and gathering information. SOMEONE FROM THIS DEPARTMENT in FRESNO thought that it was okay to close my case due to several attempts to contact me, which clearly is a blatant LIE, since my correct phone # is listed on the document and I never received a call and it was sent via my email, which indicates that they have the correct email and nothing in the spam folder (yes I have saved EVERYTHING) I would not ignore any contact since I WAS WAITING to hear back!
Attorney General is my next phone call.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants that were shipped using UPS. Can’t deliver to a post office box. Unable to inform me. Sending my package back to the shipper. Can’t handle 2 pairs of pants. Stick with USPS.

Instead of delivering the package to the person that I shipped it to it was delivered to this dock, that's not what I paid $23 for, you have no right to intercept my packages and to not deliver my packages, I sent an identical package to Oregon and it was delivered with no problem, apparently California idi.ots were too stu.pid to deliver the package I sent
