The important thing of any taxi company is that they are reliable particularly when travelling to the airport to fly back to the UK and unfortunately this wasn't the case with Andres Moreno and Taxi 15 on 28/02/25.
Normally I use a Palma firm but as I was on an early flight I thought I would try a local Pollensa company and as Taxi 15 had good reviews I booked them. At the designated time they were not at my property and after 7 'phone calls (all unanswered) panic started to set in as I realised the booking was not being honoured and I was running the risk of missing my flight. Luckily I had a number in my diary from 4 years ago and within 10 minutes another taxi arrived but I was now a total of 50 minutes behind schedule and we ran into Palma commuter traffic.
A sprint through the airport and I JUST made the plane.
During my journey into Palma I received a number of Watsapp messages of apology from Andres plus a photograph of a taxi with its front wheel removed - of little use to me and really just rubbing salt in the wound.
The purpose of my post - no one is infallible so just make sure you have back up 'just in case' because Taxi 15 is not as great as many make out and as I found out to my cost.

Andrés was amazing! Everything was really easy, on time, and he is very attentive. We stayed in Pollença for a month and reached out to him a few times for recommendations, they were all great! Highly recommend using this company.
