I literally just left the store and had to take a moment to thank James for his excellent customer service. He was quick, efficient, and really handled my situation with care. By far the best store I have been to. I will be back! Somebody give that man a raise. Thanks again.

At first I was kind upset because the time frame on google said the store opens at 10 am. When I arrived there was a window sign that said the store doesn’t open until 11am. I had to wait an extra 45 mins to handle my business. But I can honestly say that the staff was very sympathetic and understanding of my situation. Jamie helped me and set up my new product in timely manner, and was very polite and professional. I was very happy when I left. Great staff at this place . I would just recommend that the time be updated on google.

Yandel at the Bristol store on 13 was absolutely helpful. Easy to talk to, willingness to help, not pushy but very effective in explaining possible options.
Overall a great face of the store.
This was after visiting a location in Langhorne and not getting effective service.

I visited the T-Mobile store on July 23rd and found it closed at 7:36 PM, even though the sign out front clearly states that the store closes at 8:00 PM. I spoke with an employee who acknowledged the discrepancy and mentioned that they lock the doors early to ensure they can close on time. This is quite disappointing as it does not align with the posted hours and inconveniences customers.

I recommend that management investigate this location to ensure it adheres to its advertised hours and provides better service to customers.

My husband and I went to this location to get the new iPhone 16 and as soon as we walked in, they had accessories laid out, but we politely declined. The manager or assistant manager, I’m not sure what his title was because he didn’t introduce himself, but I do know his name was Anthony and he held up the T-Mobile trackers. “They’re almost like AirTags is what was explained to us and said that he wasn’t going to put those back because they were free of charge.” That’s fine, so we proceeded to try to get a promotion to trade in our phones, but it did not work, but with my phone plan, I was able to use the JUMP to upgrade our Phones. He condescendingly says “oh well you should lead with that. We don’t even remember that that’s an option because that’s discontinued on phone plans now” whatever I brushed IT off, then we got our phones we get them all synced up. And I go home and I’m looking at At the knock off Apple AirTags that are new to T-Mobile and they have phone numbers on them…. Thought to myself that’s odd. so I see that i have text messages that were sent to me and it says thank you for your signature now mind you I didn’t sign anything!! They Didn’t explain anything to me about these knock off Apple AirTags at the end of the transaction. They just said how great they were and how they use them. Never once did they explain how they count as lines on the phone plan that are extra 10$ a month ontop of 2$ for the device. I show my husband who used to work for a phone carrier. I tell him I don’t remember signing for these to be authorized (we upgrade our phones often) he says that’s not right they shouldn’t be adding a line without telling us and we should’ve signed something for them to be able to print out a receipt so we call and the T-Mobile representatives did take care of it for us over the phone. So my husband did end up going back to the store to return the devices and Anthony and Jasmine the other manger or assistant manager were not there. But apparently Anthony and Jasmine are training the other associates to sign people‘s names so they can just print out the receipt without explaining what they are agreeing to, so when Jasmine had signed my name ILLEGALLY I was agreeing to a 24 month Contract with these knock off Apple AirTags, and adding two lines to my bill mind you it’s just me and my husband and we have a one year-old. We don’t need four lines on our phone bill. With all of that being said I WANT TO WARN YOU to NOT GO to this location the two gentlemen that were there when my husband went to fix the issue were very sorry and Fixed everything and they tried to offer their services but we declined. NEVER AGAIN have I ever had this happen in the 10 years I’ve been with Tmobile. It’s a big waste of your time and they are scam artists!!!

First and foremost, I've been going to this store for years and have never seen it ran this well before. There's a new manager Anthony Who hands down is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to cell phones. He took care of all of my issue and then even fixed some that he found. You can tell he's a PRO with wireless and everyone needs to go see him. He's honest, respectful and really about helping the customer in the best manner. I will be telling everyone to go see him!
