Veterans Beware of employees that attack when you try to enter lounge area with Service Dog!!!! I’m 100% Disabled Veteran and have a Service Dog and even after responding with my Federal Rights they said they did not care. I will stand down till I get back home to my safe place and take action. I’ve had my Service Dog for over 9 years and never have been addressed with such aggressive behavior. The Manager totally supported these actions. Hopefully Mr Tiffin reads this and addresses these actions. They do have posted Only service dogs entering building however you only have permission to shop in store and spend your money but don’t you dare walk into their public lounge. Thank God for cell phone recording that captures such behavior!!!!!! Thank you my fellow Veterans for reading this post!!!

Would never sign up again for a Tiffin rally. We signed up for the Vermont rally. Paid over $600 and then had trouble with our Wayfarer. Ir went into limp mode and we couldn’t make the trip from Michigan. We were told to call Mercedes who aren’t near us in Michigan and would not refund any of our money. Never make that mistake again.

Not use to being so cramped and a couple recliners are broken. The store isn’t like it used to be because they combined RV parts and clothes in one place. If the weather were nicer, they have two sitting areas outside. But at least we have a place to stay while our RV is getting fixed.

Really miss the hospitality center that was downtown. The old space was easier to hangout and work in while we wait for our rig. Also miss the drinks and things that were there. Thankful they still have this space, just preferred the old one more

My husband and I bought a 2017 Tiffin new enjoyed it for two years, we received excellent service from the Redbay service center. When we decided to sell our Tiffany we took it to red Bay to do a few minor repairs and touch-ups. Their service center is set up , in my opinion extremely efficient. We sold our Tiffin in 2019. Stepped away went to a different brand and smaller size. Realized we wanted to go back to our 40 foot bus and we have now purchased another Tiffin. Very excited to be able to pick out exactly what details we want in our new coach. I truly hope Thor the company that recently purchased Tiffin, will continue the excellent service. Customer service was one of the reasons Tiffin was so successful. No matter who we speak to in the RV world, they know Tiffin’s reputation for quality and good service.

Great service from nice folks. Love that we can use the WiFi there at the comfy Adirondack chairs. Even bought a couple of nice jackets. The folks there also printed out my I'd badge and card for me. Highly recommended.

Great Tiffin logo clothing, caps, bags and much, much more but the best part is the wonderful and very helpful staff! Cynthia was a wealth of local information and suggestions of local activities and fun places to visit, while Joyce was very helpful getting exactly what we wanted from the store. Kudos!

Blown away by the service at Tiffin. Absolutely 5 star service. We went thru the express service. Josh and Chad were very professional and knowledgeable. We've had repairs done around the country and as always when you get the bill your shocked at the costs. Coming to the factory for repair work is the only way we will do it from now on. From the folks in the campground to the techs we were treated great!!!!! Thanks for the great service Tiffin.
