I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular location. However, three visits in a row and my print jobs were messed up. The first time they printed my information on the wrong side of the page. The second time, they printed another customers print job on my personal label paper. 12 sheets of expensive label paper just simply wasted. Third time, today, I called before my arrival to make sure that the print job was clear and that they had received the specific email detailing the print job. The first person I spoke to could not understand anything. He gave the phone to one of the clerks that I have dealt with before. I explained everything to him and he assured me he understood. However, when I got there to pick up my job, he had printed something I sent last month and two documents from what I sent today . This is unacceptable. I’m not understanding how a simple print job turns into a situation of this sort. Unfortunate for me. They used all of my paper and I was unable to get my copies made for a project that I’m working on. The manager on duty simply said there was nothing that he could do as it was a mistake. Mistakes do happen, but three mistakes in a row is a bit excessive. The team needs to tighten up. It seems as though I can only get things done correctly when Allison ? is there. That is unacceptable as well.

I have been a UPS customer for many years and I must say I am disappointed to say that I will never ship a package from UPS again as a result of the poor customer service I have received at the Burlington NJ Store (#7354). I needed an address correction on a package sent from this store last Saturday and was able to get the correction done BEFORE the package left Philadelphia UPS facility. The package was supposed to be delivered to an address in Upper Marlboro, Maryland but after being shipped to a facility in Connecticut and then to Landover Maryland it was then shipped back to the Burlington Store indicating it was requested to be shipped back to the store by the sender (which is not true). I did not request them to send the package back to me. The Landover facility is minutes from my desired ship to location. In any case, I went back to the store to get my package and request a refund because it was not delivered to the desired location. Alison would not give me a refund but called a supervisor (believe his name was Jo Jo). That supervisor said he would give me the refund but only AFTER he attempted to lecture me on UPS processes, why I was wrong, and tell me how much of a favor he was doing me to refund the $12.67. Needless to say I did not stay on the phone to get lectured and left the store without a refund. Mistakes happen and I admit I failed to catch the address mistake on the front end. My point is that how mistakes get resolved matters. I appreciated that the address was corrected. I requested the refund because the package was NOT delivered. Getting lectured by store personnel when trying to seek a resolution to an issue was unacceptable. I hope the $12.67 was worth receiving this poor review, loosing a long standing customer and potentially other customers who are looking for a service provider who will work with them to resolve issues.

This Store is the best. I went today to send something internat'l. The clerk was. Very, very helpful and patient. This isn’t first time. They are Always pleasant, helpful and go over and beyond.

Wish I could give no stars but Google is not set up that way. I am writing this review because when I shipped my boxes, I had such an upsetting experience. I told the young lady that I worked for ups and tried to help as much as possible. When my packages arrived the fragile pack that I paid for was a joke. My items were smashed. Some cannot be replaced as they were from my husbands deceased mother. I had to cut down my own boxes and in the end I would have been better off shipping somewhere else. Not only that but the store was beyond messy and your employees could care less about the customer. Thankfully my store GM has guided me through a better experience to try and fix some of the damages.

I don’t mind the store in general, but when your store hours are 8am maybe have staff be there to open instead of a line of people waiting. Past 815 and still no one here to open. SMH

I had an excellent experience at the store. The employee that helped me was amazing. I needed a sentimental piece of art double boxed and she went above and beyond in helping me package the item safely and carefully. The packaging fee was also very reasonable. If I need to ship a difficult to package item, I will be returning to this store.

The customer service was great.The gentleman that helped me was professional, kind and friendly. He also helped me pick the proper shipping products I needed and quickly assisted me. I went back again today to drop off another item and he also assisted me today.
