Your on site manager was very helpful and provided us great customer service. She was able to answer all our questions and made our visit very efficient and productive one. We left with a storage space rented and were able to start moving in that day.

Our storage has recently had a lock cut off. We have two doors so they didn't cut off the other, but there is no explanation that there is a stranger that has access to our unit and 1 bin of stuff in our unit.

I've never had a storage unit before but this has really scared me. I hope we can get ahold of them soon and I hope that all storage places don't allow this. It's really scary and unacceptable to me. I can't get in after business hours to check on it, so I am hoping for a response here as well

I just recently moved in and my gate code is not working. Customer service was able to open the gate remotely and allow me to enter and leave. I spoke with management and she said the code should be fixed now will try later on to double check.

Well priced, and the woman in the front office was kind and helpful in sorting out an issue I'd caused by double clicking at the wrong time (which caused form resubmission and some emails to be skipped) while signing up.

Other then being locked off the property the first weekend. Over all it is what it is. A place to store your things. Signing the lease was easy, could have done it with no contact if I had already had a lock.

New online customers and when we got there with all of our things, after office hours, our gate access code wouldn’t work. We called the number on the gate and within minutes someone was able to get our code working and we were in and out!

Storage sense had good customer service and great location but they claimed to not have the 50% off special the website claimed was available 5 minutes before I called after looking at the website. That was definitely misleading!!
