Hola, hace unas semanas me enviaron un paquete por correo, fui a recogerlo y debía cambiar el nombre para que me lo entregaran. Ya que el nombre que estaba a mi nombre de pila y no al real no me dejaron recogerlo. Por favor, necesito que os pongáis en contacto conmigo para solucionarlo.

Me han ayudado enseguida, me han explicado la situación y resulto todas mis dudas. Um 10 Manu de Spainbox!!!

Lo suelo utilizar para mis envíos a Manchester y se cumplen siemore los días de entrega y sin incidencias ?

Not sure why so many bad reviews here. I like them. First of all - communication is excellent compared to other companies out there. Replies come in an hour for an email sometimes minutes. Packaging is great. Not the cheapest but they do the job and I have very little issues with them. Monica is great. The invoicing system is good to. They have their own system for inventory which I would say 99% accurate. And now finally they fulfil in the EU with Correos and the price is good. Hope we can keep up the good work.

These guys are absolute disaster. They have no idea about their own prices, so they are charging you just randomly. You would never be able to plan your expences. They also charge extra 'monthly fee' but they cannot explain whats is it for. So you pay for each action plus the monthly, this makes the cost huge, especially if you have low volume. they claim to have the certified personnel for handling dangerous goods, but that's not true. Their stuff cannot tell tell difference whether the goods are hazmats or not. They labeled two shipments improperly, and it was returned making us lose time and money. The website is glitchy and when you ask questions the staff is being arrogant saying 'you can check yourself in the system' - which is glitchy! Never deal with them.

Those people are crooks, they lure customers thru their website with cheap rates then when they got your stuff they GOUGE you in shipping rates, charged me €40 for small envelope which usually cost no more than €5, The head of the gang and maybe the owner his name is “Manuel” he’s mean & liar.. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

The shipping charge is cleary bloat to the kingdom come.
