-unfortunately since writing this review, we have experienced nothing but the opposite. There is horrible customer service and they doubled our rent without notice overnight. In a six month period our rent went from $100 and change to $400 per unit. We are so disappointed in the overall experience with this location. Can’t say enough about our experience at this property. The Property Manager has helped us several times with various issues. It’s been a very different experience than any other warehouse we have rented at. We will be loyal customers for a long time.

Avoid This Place!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The bathrooms in the warehouse are a complete disaster—when they’re not locked, which is almost always. The staff is incredibly unprofessional; I actually heard the man at the front desk screaming at a customer over the phone.

There’s somebody smoking weed on the 6th floor. It’s the second time that the front desk it’s being warned . Also the bathrooms on the 5th floor are always lock , since day one . Probably because the people at the front desk don’t want to clean them . So if you have to work all day on your unit you have to go downstairs so they can come with you to unlock the bathroom. Also they need to bring more hand trucks , it’s been several times that we get there and there’s not a single one available for a while.

awesome jobs helping me get where I needed to go
Wish this place was open 24hours though or at least open till midnight.
seems like a great idea, it’s already locked and secure. You never know when someone will have to access storage.
