I am a current employee and I am disappointed in the work ethic that we have I called the office never got a call back. There are coworkers that are horrible do nothing we report them nothing happens. If you want no responsibility and a paycheck come work here. Years ago this was a good company but in sorry t say it has gone down the drain.

I just have started working with this company since May. I'd say it's great people to work with and they do try to improve, making sure they are going above for everyone's happiness. They show that they really want the best for the clients and for the employees. It's quite the passion to see and makes me glad to be part of that team! I always didn't have the help when I was younger so I'm glad to be part of the change. Being able to provide the service and feel needed by clients is a nice feeling because I will do my best. It just made me love what I do and I learn every day as a caregiver ?

Rainbow Home Care is an Amazing Company. I been working with them for 7 years they are a very amazing company to work for. I am happy to be part of the team. They really care for their employees and the people they serve.

I have been working for Rainbow Home Care for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I enjoy working here! All the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Management and staff take great pride in working with their clients. We all enjoy helping others in need. We are opened Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 5pm and Fridays from 8am - 4:30pm. After hours we have 24/hour on-call assistance.

Love love love working for such a Noble, Caring, compassionate most of all responsible company, we are on call 24/7 so you will always reach a live person for all your concerns and needs 5 stars in my book!
