Ya'll this place was a pleasant surprise. My 95 year old dad and I had to get something notarized. After taking him one place for notary services to another for a FedEx drop, which they stated they didn't take FedEx anymore, I then put FedEx drop points in my GPS and I ended up here. The lady was so nice and if I had know of this place I could have gotten everything done at this one place. They do it all. You are my new gonto for all my mailing needs as well as notary services. She also had some great leather good. Thank you so much.

Jasion E-BIkes and FedEx shipping.
I ordered two e-bikes and a pannier bag from Jasion shipping out of California to Alabama on 2-12-25. Jasion did a wonderful job getting my order to FedEx the next day and FedEx did a wonderful job getting two of the packages to me in two days delivered 2-15-25 awesome.
However one e-bike didn't arrive with other packages. Delivery date changed to 2-18-25 so no problem i thought. Then delivery date went to unknown? I tried the 800 number for FedEx at least 15 or more times and could not get past the answering machine to get any help. I googled locations and could not find anyone to help until i finally reached Tenita Strand in a different city from where I live and said package had been still to long and if I would come by she would help get it moving. I asked was not there any place in Dothan (where I Live) i could go and she said sure so I went to FexEx with no help, the employee could not get thru to anyone on the phone to help. I called Tenita back she took my number and said she would call me back with an answer. Tried one last time and finally got thru the machine and got a support ticket established and the bike arrived the next day. I just want to THANK Tenita Strand for the kindness and willingness to help and FedEx you should figure something else out for support it was horribly frustrating dealing with your phone system.
