Do not rent from these people they do not fix anything there’s black mold and every single apartment and if you put in a maintenance request, they go and cancel it. I’m telling you do not rent from these people. They are scammers and they will not help you if you move in when you first move into the $99 security deposit it seems too good to be true. I’m telling you do not move here!!!! And that if you stop paying your rent because of them not fixing stuff, they’ll threaten you over text message but when you want something fixed and you call them, they won’t answer and they’ll tell you there’s no damage even though it’s clearly damage and you have proof. let’s not forget about the maintenance guy that was stealing stuff out of peoples apartments and the one that got fired for threatening a lady with her baby oh and in the lease it states that we get pest control, but I’ve been here since November and there has been no pest control, and the roaches are horrible here. oh also all these reviews they have five stars of the people that work here they go on here and they say that it’s such a good place just so they can get more people and they don’t actually tell you what actually going on.

A nice quiet and clean complex. Country setting, fair rent pricing, close to any shopping/restaurants in Dothan and Headland. Great elementary school District (Webb). Good layouts on the 1, 2 and 3br units.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful staffing. In close range too a lot of different shopping plazas. Well kept complex.

I personally live here now, management is the worst. I mean worst! Unorganized, forgetful, high nose twits. Maintainance is just as bad. I wouldn't waste hundreds here like we unfortunately are having to do.
