Best movers ever. Frank, John and Joey were excellent. They made sure of what was needed and reached out during move to make sure everything was going smoothly. The movers were also great. Jeremiah and Fred have exceeded my expectations! They have came early right at 8AM to get start packing and finished at a very reasonable time! Not only are they very sweet & funny, but they also helped me pack as I wasn’t as prepared as I thought I would be . I was searching online for some day labor to help pack and move my household when I came across Our Family Moving and Storage of Fort Lauderdale. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the phone—something you don’t see much of these days! They were engaging and low-pressure, and although they didn’t offer day labor, they explained their full-service package, which included bringing all necessary materials and carefully packing all my household items at a very reasonable cost.

They promptly sent someone to my house at no cost to prepare an estimate, and I received a written proposal shortly after. I appreciated that they don’t use day labor; instead, all workers are full-time, well-trained, and experienced employees of the company. The day before the move, they called to confirm all arrangements, and on the morning of the move, Chris called about 15 minutes before arrival to confirm their timing.

Right on time, Chris, Ryan, and Wendy showed up, and from that moment on, they took charge. They were happy, friendly, courteous, and incredibly respectful of me and my property. They worked seamlessly as a team and were incredibly efficient—before I knew it, everything was packed and loaded into my leased container. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Our Family Moving and Storage for a stress-free move!

After reading reviews and getting personal referrals on Our Family Moving, we set up an appointment with Kevin to come to the house and give us an estimate. He gave us full details on how the move would work and the costs and what to expect. From the beginning, Kevin put our minds at ease.
The day before, we received a call for confirmation of the move.
We received another call twenty minutes before the arrival of Our Family Moving, the crew of Jeremiah, Ryan and Wendy. They said they would be at our home at 8:30 am - exactly on time. The three of them introduced themselves with great smiles and handshakes. They were extremely caring and we felt like we were in good hands. They gave us a general time frame when they would be departing from the house, and they were pretty exact. They handled our items, including expensive furniture and artwork
with extreme care. Their pricing is very affordable and reasonable; not only for the cost of the move but also for the monthly storage fee. I can't rave enough about the crew of Jeremiah, Ryan and Wendy.
