Llegue a las 05 :30 para una cita a las 06:00, el guardia en turno muy amable y no tardo ni 5 min en ingresar todo a su sistema, das tu número de celular estacionas y esperas a que te llamen para una asignación de puerta, a las 06:23 me llamaron y a las 07:03 ya estaba descargado, espero esto les ayude en mi opinión muy rápidos y amables, ellos salen a firmatw tus documentos

Llegué un poco temeroso por todos los comentarios malos que hay sobre me atendió el seguridad Eduardo Peralta entrego mi papel de descarga y me dice que espere 15 minutos después de eso regresa me asigna la puerta A las 6 de la mañana son las 6:45 de la mañana y ya estoy mucho gusto volvería a regresar aqui

Drivers be aware that you are going to be sitting for awhile it starts at the guard shack. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and there were no trucks at the guard shack waiting to get in or out plus no trucks on the property or in the docks. I pull up to the window and wait there 15 minutes before the lady cracked open the window and said nothing to me because she was on the phone. I can understand if it's business related but at least she could've given me a hand signal or told me wait just a second but nothing, she looked at me and then turn around and started talking on the phone again. Five minutes later a truck pulled up to the outbound lane and she immediately helped him again I kept my patients but slide the paperwork in the cracked window and she looked at me like what's this and turned around and kept help in the other guy. Finally after 30 minutes she hands me my paperwork and closes the window without saying where I need to go where I need to drop or anything so I wait there five minutes and she opens the window back up and looks at me clueless I tell her where do I need to go what door or where do I need to drop the trailer. She says I'm not sure give me your number and I will call you but go down on the right and park. 2 hours pass by and they finally give me a dock number lucky they started on me right away with only 12,000 lbs to unload but that turned into another 1 1/2 hours at the dock.

My experience was vastly different from all these bad reviews arrived 30 minutes before my appointment (they were on lunch) guard was friendly and fast got a door almost right away after lunch and unloaded in about an hour after my appointment time

Got here at 08:45 for a 09:00 appointment, checked in with guard, and got a door within 15 minutes and out at 10:40.
Please post good experiences as well. I read the bad reviews and didn't book a new load thinking that I was going to be here all day.
