5 stars isn’t enough for Michaelis Corp! I give them 10 stars and would highly recommend them for any disastrous situation like I encountered. I had a pinhole leak in the waterline to my refrigerator that led me on the hunt for assessments due to drywall and electrical damage. I had six quotes for remediation and rebuilding one side of my kitchen. Some were outrageous and some were simply not interested in competing. Towards the end, a friend suggested I call Michaelis Corporation because he had met them while out dining one evening. They were the last on my list, but I immediately felt comfortable with Scott, the assessor. My situation was complicated because I had major surgery already scheduled which was going to have to come in between the remediation and the rebuild. The remediation went as scheduled, and they gave me several weeks for recovery before starting the rebuild. I was always kept up to date on scheduling and the job was always cleaned up after every visit. I was devastated when this happened, and I needed a company I could trust and work with me during my surgery. I’ve had my share of bad contractors so that added to the stress. But Scott, Keith and Cody were always a text away and very flexible with my surgery/recovery. Ulysses is a true artisan when it comes to fixing anything. My kitchen looks as if nothing ever happened! I have already recommended them to another friend who needs help! Photos show damage, remediation and rebuild.

We had a honey bee infestation and had to Tera into the siding to have them removed. Michaelis came in and noticed there were some other things that needed corrected, they done the work in a timely manner, the job was well done and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I am so grateful that I found Michaelis. We have struggled with water seeping into our basement for awhile. I decided to go with Michaelis after reading the reviews. Their team was very good to work with from the initial inspection to the finished project. Lucas, the team leader was very good about explaining everything as they went along. His crew worked very hard in extremely cold and snowy weather and were so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if I have the need.

My experience with Michaelis has been excellent. We’ve hired Michaelis to complete exterior and interior work and the teams have been fantastic. Chris and Chad handled my interior remediation very professionally. They arrived when they said they would, they were respectful of my property, they were also personable; a real pleasure to work with. I feel confident about the quality of the repairs to our roof and interior. We will recommend Michaelis and also choose them for our future needs. I am excited for the next step in our living room remodeling.

The Michaelis Corporation team really came through in a great way for us! Definitely can't recommend them enough! We had water damage and needed everything dried out, drywall replaced, and walls repainted! Lance, José, and the rest of the team were amazing from start to finish! Did an excellent job with everything, great on communication about the entire process and project, and overall just an excellent experience! Definitely highly recommended if you ever have work you need done! Thanks for such a great experience and helping bring our paint color scheme idea to fruition!

A woodpecker had damaged some wood siding on my garage. Michaelis Corp was wonderful to work with. Guys were nice, respectful and knowledgeable. The crew they sent out did a fabulous job. You can't even tell part of the siding was re-done. I highly recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with Michaelis for interior and exterior water damage. Joseph and his team were able to come and dry everything out in no time. Nathan discovered the source of the leak and gave us an estimate and a thorough explanation of what to expect. Anthony's team performed the work quickly and professionally, and left me feeling confident in the repairs. He even offered to get me a discount on a product I was using for a separate home improvement project. Highly recommend!

Steven, Corey and Lucas @ Michaelis did a fantastic job in installing a drain to our pump and wrapping the crawl space. Our humidity level is now currently in the 50% range. We had to do this project because mold started to grow in the crawl space. Once we cleaned up the mold, we brought in Michaelis to prevent future issues. Thank you Gentlemen for your hard work working with this clay that is like a rock!
