Excellent location. Ambient in all areas. Extremely professional, communicative staff. Everything is there! As a Realtor and a consumer I recommend This particular business, this location for my sellers and buys. Whether there needs to be short term use between closing timelines or longer when say they are downsizing. They have been open honest and transparent.

This facility is terrible to deal with. Customer service is available on their time only. You are locked out of the facility if you do not pay your rental on day 1 that it is due. It is not operated on business day only- and they do not work with the customer. I am disgusted with them- shame on the town for allowing a business to operate so poorly. Good neighbors ? HA ! MY SUGGESTION- GO ELSEWHERE

Mine and 6 others had their storage broken into. There's very little security and minimal cameras to watch your stuff. No gate either. The bright side was the facilities did put a lock on my unit, however did not give us the code to it until 3 days later.
My recommendations:

To LocalStorage, upgrade your security, invest in a gate, put electricity in the units, someone that answers the phone?

To people looking for storage: keep searching unless you really want a headache, if you want a headache, you found it.

I have not been happy with the service at this storage facility. No one EVER answers the phone. You have to wait for days to get a call back for a simple question. And then you get a call at 7:00 or 8:00 at night when you have already assumed no one is even going to call back. The website is not user friendly, and paying online is frequently difficult due to computer “glitches”. Additionally, once or twice when I paid online and received a confirmation code, then was contacted and informed that my payment did not go through. You cannot pay with a check by mail or by dropping one off. In fact, you cannot pay by check at all. There used to be a drop box (for years), but now it has been taken down. There is no one at the office anymore that you can stop into to talk to or ask a question. They raised the price $60 per month for my unit shortly after taking the business over from the man who ran the business for years prior to that.

I wish I could give it a zero..... never had free access, changed the codes all the time, poor customer service, no one calls you back. Please Please Please do not use this facility

Terrible. Billing always wrong. You get incorrect info from manager and staff. NO security at all even though the website states otherwise. They have hours but don't even have a security gate. Old run down place. Cameras are few and rusted and old.
