FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY!!! We recently purchased furnishings from several furniture retailers for a new house. We selected some lovely items from Living Spaces for our outdoor collection. Unfortunately, the fire pit was damaged when we got around to setting it up. Customer service went above and beyond with getting it exchanged! More than impressed with the level of customer service from delivery to getting our exchange. Will absolutely be in the make some additional purchases in the near future.

Everyone in the store was great and we bought a TV console. When we got it home and opened the box, one of the handles on the door was missing. I called their customer service department and was talked down to by the rude, condescending and unhelpful representative. After having to deal with her, I loaded the console back into my truck and headed back to their store to return their defective product.

As with the salesperson, the warehouse staff was great and pulled a new console for me and even opened the box to insure it was complete. Their level of customer service was excellent and I accepted the replacement.

What I don't understand is how all of their local employees can be so helpful and professional, while their customer service specialist can be so bad. Maybe she's the exception or maybe this company sells a lot of lower quality furniture and tries to make it difficult to return. Either way I will think twice before considering purchasing there again.

A big store with tons of products, the furniture wasnt bad but extremely overpriced for the quality. We were shopping for a dresser, yet many of the drawers were poorly made for their price and some of them smelled of chemicals upon opening them. Staff was over friendly and wouldnt leave us alone-we were telling one person that we were just looking around when another walked up and asked us if we needed anything. My Dad didnt find exactly what he wanted, but he saw some dressers he liked. We may be back in the future, but the price isnt all that great so who knows.

OMG if you haven't visit this place has the best furniture deals i purchashed furniture for my son and he loves it reasonable price. Wonderful staff they serve Starbucks and there is a kids play area to let them run around while you shop

Easy drop and hook with 53 van.Check in on west side,get door #.& d&h on east side.Return to guard on west side to pick up paperwork.
