Our delivery today was amazing. The delivery guys CJ and Gabe were very professional And courteous. They do an amazing job placing the furniture just where we wanted it. They also were very educated on the furniture and how to use it. I would recommend these 2 delivery guys definitely again. They also made sure that we were satisfied with the delivery. They also went above and beyond to make sure any imperfections were documented and would be taken care of. Thank you, CJ and Gabe for the wonderful service.

John & Chris did a fantastic job delivering my furniture! They called 15 minutes prior to delivery, were punctual, courteous and tidy with the delivery process. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. When annual raises are given these gentlemen deserve a big salary increase!

Jonathan and Thomas did a great job. They arrived within the time frame, texted 20 minutes before they came. They were polite, fast, were careful not to hit any walls or lights, and worked within my tricky setup when they couldn't get the couch through the front door. Thanks guys!

My recliner delivery and set up went flawlessly today! Jonathan and Thomas were on time, fast and efficient... I think they were in my home for less than 5 minutes! They answered all of my questions, tested the product, and then off they went to the next job; exactly how service in 2024 should be. Thank you Jonathan, Thomas, and the entire team at LaZBoy; I'm loving my new chair and I feel like I received top-notch service from the showroom all the way through to my living room.

This is a review of my service technician Chris. He arrived early in my timeframe which I was very grateful for. Chris was friendly, informative and respectful. He not only repaired my recliner but also explained things to me. I give Chris 5 stars and an A+. I wish all service technicians were like Chris.
