Supuestamente mi apoiment era para ese día que llegué pero a las llegué a las 10 por problemas con el tráfico y resulta la carga era para el otro día a la 6 pm pero hablé con ellos y el descargaron

I'm an Owner Op was here on March 9, 2023. This place is very easy to get into organized just check into the Guard Shack follow signage instructions the Guard will give you. See pics attached. When driving into an Overhead Door for offloading look at numbers on white signs on the ceiling. This facility is very organized and clean. They do have a covered Tarping Station once you exit the large drive through loading area. Very Professional staff and loaders very clean inside and out see pics.

It's disappointing when company make you come by appointment, and don't honor it. Arrived 45 min before appointment. Got me in the bay 2 hours after my appointment time. After that quick 20 min unloading. Easy in and out.

My company scheduled my appointment for 630am, Home Depot insisted my appointment was for 7pm after several pointless hours finally said they would try to work me in so got checked in at 1pm. Sat there til 430 when they said I could just do a drop and hook. Would avoid here if possible

I tell the forklift driver to watch the wood stacked up from"not the guy in the picture". Long story short he doesn't pay attention and knocks it over and breaks my glad hand. I had to bob tail to the store and get parts and still had the call someone out to remove the broken piece. They said the would reimburse me for the parts I had to buy and for calling out the company, plus the time I was down because I missed one t on booking a reload for the day. I got 2 emails and the last one said I will call you on Tuesday with what we will do. Well that Tuesday has yet to get here and they have not responded. And this is why I do not like pulling my equipment on to there property. No one cares about my equipment. And the forklift driver didn't even apologize. No attempt to say I'm sorry!!!!

Truck entrance off 41. Nice people. Nice facility. Plenty of space. Untarp before you check in. I checked in first and they were paging me in about 5 minutes. They don't mess around. Very efficient.
