Terrible management and they definitely do not care about the people, 6 people have broken their bones and not one care in the world, the boxes are “team lift”, boxes which you have to carry yourself and they don’t help. It’s terrible and most of the managers are very rude or don’t want you near them so they won’t have to deal with you. OSHA definitely needs to make an appearance soon as possible before more people harm themselves the way they are running this distribution.

This place is terrible, 10/10 for not recommending, the managers here dont care about ANYTHING and are of no help at all, there is supposed to be something called team lift but you end up doing it yourself, not a single thing is cared about, not even when it comes to safety

This guy is working here. He is breaking the speed limit, which is what I told him about. after that I went to unhook the trailer, and when I returned to the truck, he filmed me on his phone and said that I peed on the truck (while I stood by the wheel and checked it) and he would inform the manager about it.

This place had a great start but went downhill rather quickly. A severe lack of both Integrity and proper leadership have led to a messy, unsanitary, and hostile work environment in this once organized and positive Amazon SSD DC.
Lack of accountability is a huge issue as theft, cleanliness, and Safety concerns are usually ignored in order to boost productivity.
Managers and site leads constantly engage in nepotism while good,moral, and hard working people are passed up for promotions and company positions.
Amazon also seems to have listed this building as an AFO to keep from paying their Trainers and Associates that drive heavy machinery their proper wages.
Associates walk in under the impression that they will be working with small groceries only to end up on heavy equipment with no pay increase (unless you have medical issues)or the option to resign.
Having seen and experienced this all first hand, I would not recommend HLA6 to any potential vendors,drivers, customers,or employees.
I speak on my own behalf and do not seek to represent any other person, organization, or entity with my review.
