Outstanding service from start to finish! We needed the windshield replaced on our Honda Odyssey, and the process could not have been smoother. Just wanted to take the time to personally write of my 1st tike experience with GLASS AMERICA & GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS!
I Arrived about 15 -20 min ahead of scheduled appt & was immediately met by a very positive front desk receptionist from GERBER (Ann Marie)

She took my keys and let me know my windshield technician Mr Nicholas G was already there & my 4 Runner was immediately taken back & into the auto bay shop.
About 1.5 hrs later Nicholas told me my SUV was ready & I paid deductible and he was very knowledgeable and covered warranty coverage and let me know if I had any trouble to give Glass America a call if anything needed to be addressed after the fact .
The next thing that happened after I took custody of my keys was I went outside to give a quick visual inspection of the work and I’ll tell this next part LITERALLY BLEW MY SOCKS OFF !!!!!!

The front WINDSHIELD install looked like my SUV came straight off the dealership show room floor :-). The glass was perfectly seated and adjacent gaskets looked like they had never even been disturbed….WOW !!!!! I’m was ABSOLUTELY impressed and i even gave a call to my customer Rep at Glass America in PEWAUKEE WI (Cheyenne) she was FANTASTIC from day 1 and was above to get me approved for an actual TOYOTA OEM windshield ordered directly from TOYOTA….
I can’t say how impressed and happy I was was once I picked up my SUV, will definitely be using GLASS AMERICA for all my future window or glass repairs

John was able to tackle a product shortage due to circumstances out of his control. He sorted it out and made good on my appointment time.
I was told around 2 hours over the phone, but they had my windshield replaced and ready for pick up in half the time. Outstanding customer service and support!!

I was very impressed with Glass America in Pewaukee. I called them the afternoon that my driver’s side window spider-webbed. They ordered the new window right away. I made an appointment for the next morning at 9:30 am and was driving home at 9:47 am.

I am so glad that I went with class america. They were very nice on the phone and Ryan who installed my windshield was just fantastic. I like the fact that they guarantee their price that they quoted me over the phone compared to Safelite who could only hold their price for 4 days. I would highly recommend Glass America to anybody who needs their windshield replaced. Thank you very much for coming out so fast and doing a great job
