Care was great. I was concerned that my dad was brought in by ambulance from a memory care facility with Alzheimer’s but I could not see him until he was in a room. When I got to him he was in a room by himself. Thankful he doesn’t usually wander.

Arrived at the ER, didn't have to wait too long. They were extremely busy but handled getting the patients through triage. The doctor I saw was very good and thorough. She went over all the tests and recommended a follow-up with my doctor. But, on the downside; they don't have enough help overall.

very long wait time, and they forgot i was there because they sat me in the hallway because rooms were full. but overall the staff was AMAZING and helpful. & Dr. Conrad made sure to listen to all of my concerns! Def will use this ER every time!

The ER staff was phenomenal. They got us back quickly, adressed the issue (allergic reaction to nuts) and discharged within a timely manner. The staff and Dr were very friendly, took time to explain everything and made us feel very comfortable and cared for.

The doctors here are amazing and I'm not just saying this either. I had recently moved here with my girlfriend and was sick before I moved here. I came from Tennessee and the medical systems there are a little less than satisfactory. The doctors here found my issues and came up with permanent solutions for me. They are very caring people in this facility and they all should be acknowledged for that. I am just thankful that each and every doctor that I made contact with treated me exceptionally well and was prompt with the things that needed to be done. They didn't fill my head with nonsense and put me on several medications with no light at the end of the tunnel. I know that these men and women of this facility are just humans helping other humans, but these doctors and nurses are amazing people. Thank you for your services, please keep the humanity alive. -Godspeed
