I want to let anyone needing a storage unit that Free up Storage in Sherman, Tx is without a doubt one of the newest, nicest and most well maintained locations u have ever experienced. You will not regret renting here. All of that said....the best star feature is the manager, JANEEN !!! She is one of the friendliest and most professional managers I have ever encountered. Absolute pleasure to work with and always available and committed to helping me with my recent move. FreeUp Storage already knows this I'm sure; but it deserves repeating......"they are very fortunate to have retained her as their manager. She's one of the best !

New customer. Touring and rental went very well. Rate is a value to me. Units within 1.5 miles of my home off well traveled road. Good layout for climate controlled units. Only concern is lack of interior lighting within unit itself. Appreciate Janeen's help with getting started.

I just want to tell everyone what a nice, clean facility this is. Very secure and safe with lots of cameras. Also, Heather and Janeen are the nicest ladies, always going out of their way to bring water when I'm out working in my storage and making sure my property is safe and secure. This is the nicest storage facility I have ever used and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I walked in to this store a complete and utter emotional wreck. We moved from 4.5 hrs away, NOTHING had been going as we had planned and it was all wearing me down. Heather and Janeen were absolutely AMAZING!! They listened to my circumstances, but even before they heard it all, they assured me that they would be able to help me. They were professional, friendly, compassionate and they genuinely LISTENED. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME. When we got back with both of the uhauls, they came to check on my family and I and made sure we knew they had cold waters if we needed a drink. I would recommend this business and these Ladies to any one looking. THEY WERE A BLESSING.

i came in same day, and got a unit. they had a special going on out of all of Sherman, which is perfect and why i chose to store my items here. there are cameras all around the area. when u go you can check the units out, i toured the inside, and outside units. Jennifer and Heather were a big support in making my decision with explaining the price break downs of everything and time lines. i'm moving so I just need it for a short period. it's good

We have 2 storage buildings in Sherman. The service has been amazing. Once I forgot to put my lock on before leaving and Janeen placed a lock on for us keeping our items secure until she could contact me. Now that is service.
