Anne Symington is a realtor of long experience in the area. She's driven, has a strong work ethic and a Rolodex full of longtime customers. If you're looking to sell property around here you couldn't have someone that was better connected.

Anne sold one property for us by making a phone call. She got more than I thought we would and it was completely wrapped up in a week. Certainly that was an out of the ordinary situation, but it was a pretty impressive show none the less!

With a very different property she has been a committed presence. Even coming out and walking over a mile over steep, rocky brushy terrain - to get a feel for the property, she said. She about walked me into the ground, lol, but I have no doubt of Anne's willingness to invest herself in the job at hand. We have been very impressed with her performance and her character.

Worked with Tim Parsons and Anne Symington to sell real estate. I live outside of the area so I had to put a lot of trust in them. They required dual agency, which I never do, and now I remember why. They worked harder to represent the buyer than to represent me, even though I paid 100% of their commission fee. Which was also higher than the average. They really did not represent my interest at all.
