Went there to get my finger prints done this morning. The lady said I had the wrong forms. I called the license department in Lansing. The lady works for Fingerprint go, took the time to explain everything to me and even offered to fill out the forms for me.

We had a great experience at fingerprint and go. My daughter was with me and was able to play in the lobby while I got my fingerprints done. The woman working was super nice and accommodating. She even offered us a complimentary drink while we waited.

This is my second time using this provider. Quick, friendly, kind & very helpful. Make sure to write what your fingerprinting needs are in the comment box when booking because they will call to make sure you have all that you need for your appointment. I messed up & forgot to bring my printed sheet that I needed for BCI for OH and she was so kind to let me come in early the next day & do the fingerprinting, with no double charge. I will always use them for all of my fingerprinting needs.

Excellent service, very easy to book an appointment, and the process was very quick! Savreen was friendly and very patient with me as I had brought in my own card required by a foreign government and it wasn't a typical fingerprinting. Easy to book online and if I ever needed fingerprinting services again, I would definitely come back.

My experience was absolutely phenomenal! She was pleasant, kind, and helpful. I was having the hardest time finding a place to do my scans and ran across fingerprinting & Go via a google search. When I called I was welcomed with an enthusiastic voice accompanied with an accommodating and informative conversation. I was able to come in immediately and gain assistance. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a funny, sweet women who made me feel safe and comfortable. Especially with all that is currently going on, I wanted to ensure the place I visited adhered to all the COVID protocols. She made sure she was wearing her mask and applied sanitizer on her hands. The process was quick and efficient. Overall, this was an amazing experience! Highly recommend to anyone who needs fingerprints quickly done for a reasonable price. (Also if you’re into supporting women entrepreneurs then look no further!!! )

I went here to get my fingerprints done for my CPL. The place is fast, convenient & the service is very friendly. The only issue I had was the $50 price tag. The class instructor I had, The county clerk & google clearly states that fingerprinting costs about $15. If you're in a jam and need your prints done ASAP then go ahead, otherwise I would recommend going literally anywhere else instead of paying more than triple for a service that takes less than 5 minutes.

I do not normally write online reviews but I was so impressed with the service at Fingerprint & Go, I felt compelled to write one. The process is easy and efficient. The owner is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The space is clean and feels safe during the pandemic. I have been fingerprinted regularly for professional licensing and previously only used the Police Department for this service. I found Fingerprint & Go during the pandemic because the Police Department stopped performing this service. I am so happy to have found Fingerprint & Go that I solely plan to use their service in the future, even though it is a 30 minute drive from my house. Thank you for making fingerprinting so easy and (dare I say?!) pleasant! 🙂
