My business used the eShipping service, during our working relationship we suffered from problems with their website, orders that were not collected because the drivers did not arrive and the icing on the cake, they lost our product and they did not take responsibility. We made the decision to no longer do business with them when recently a "driver" arrived at our store and claimed to be from Southeastern, at that time we did have a shipment with this company, the driver came in a truck and like a true professional he left the tracking number with stickers with the Southeastern logo, he took with him a transmission worth $900, after days of our customer not receiving the product we contacted the customer service of both e shipping and Southeastern and the only thing they did was dismiss the problem, we had video of the driver and the truck that was used, finally after 2 weeks of trying to get their help they ended up saying that this was not one of their drivers and that the truck was rented, that Southeastern gives copies of their pro book to anyone and that we should go to the police because this was not something they could fix. After being a customer for so long and this not being the first time they have so easily reneged on their responsibility, this is a red flag that should not be ignored! So be careful! This company will lose your products and will not take responsibility for it. It was a mistake to continue doing business with them.
