Mitch and team really came through for us. We had an issue for a building owner and had to get microfilms from the 1950s from the NYC DOB and have them converted to files on an extremely short timeline. He was so accommodating and communicated throughout the process which was a 24 hour turnaround. He also didn't take advantage of our situation and hit us up for an upcharge for the emergency service. I highly recommend using IMA!
