Soon as I walked in the old black guy was coming with an attitude 🤦🏾‍♀️….. I asked him why are you starting your day like this? Is it not a beautiful day?! Sheesh… He’s lucky I know I Jesus🤣. And YES they are STRICTLY APPOINTMENT based. Don’t even try to check in early.

Edit: The black woman ain’t no better😒…. Just attitude on top of attitude. Home life must be TERRIBLE for the both of them.

Checked in 9 am for 11 am pick up appointment. Went inside at 11 and I ask when I will get door and response was they still picking the product for me . ridiculous how they made appointments if products wasn't ready.
Waited almost 4 hours to get loaded.
Not coming back here.

Very bad attitude of shipping staff. If you come 30 minutes early they say you are early if you come 30 minutes then you are late. They dont know how to talk. This is a poor managed place. Someone from management should have looked into it.

Was there for a straight load. Came before my appointment, waited for 45 minutes to start loading. In the end they mixed up something and put my load in another trailer! In additional hour I left the facility. And I was late for delivery. Thank you!

Delivery is at the front of the building and there is a very rude old man who no matter what is not going to unload you before the appointment time so it’s strictly appointment time. Overnight parking at the front but at the back is better!!

The guy in receiving was nice. I was told I had a 6:45 appointment in the morning but when I checked in he said it was at 9:30 but he said if his first appointment didn't show up he would just switch for me and that other appointment around. So just make sure that your appointments match from what before you go in there too early.
