I bought clothes from Soffe (Delta) and they sent the wrong order to me. Charged me for a full order again when I called and told them about the problem. So now I’ve been charged twice. They told me to return the bad order to them via UPS and that I would get a refund 10 days after they received it. It’s been almost a month and no one is returning my calls or my emails and I ordered this in March . The return was delivered April 26 it is now May 17. The guy who helped Setup the return no longer works there. IDK what to do about the $65 refund that they owe me. So here’s my review.

This place is a joke! I drove from FT Worth Texas just to be turned away by the HR lady. She said that the post was a mistake and that it wouldn’t have any bearing on me in terms my status within the app that I use for work ! Now I have been restricted do to breach of contract, precisely in contrast with what the HR lady said! I ask for her info as to stay in contact and she said she did not have any business cards! What HR department does not provide their people with business cards!!! This place is a joke!!!!
