We have been utilizing a team from CNS Cleaning Co. for just less than a year now for our condominium buildings. They have been responsive to our concerns and are performing the tasks that we have outlined to be done. The office staff is pleasant and helpful as well. The cleaning team is courteous, pleasant to deal with and talk to, and have expressed and shown their dedication to doing a good job for us. I would recommend them to anyone for cleaning. We have not yet used any of their other services.

We use CNS in a large 150K+ sqft building that has both office and warehouse space. They are BY FAR the best cleaning service I have ever worked with. They show up like clockwork and take pride in their work. Everything is always cleaned well beyond expectations. In the nearly 3 years I have been using them there has not been a single time I have needed to address something that wasn't up to par. I am confident there are no better options out there, because I can't even imagine anything that could be done better.

Fantastic company with great people. They have been handling maintaining the cleanliness of a 20000 sq ft. restaurant and the place looks like is still brand new. High level attention to detail and very responsive to new requests for additional service.
