I am extremely displeased with the service I received from CMC Truck Service Inc. I took my motorhome to them with the understanding that they would complete the necessary repairs in time for my upcoming trip. However, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.

To start, they kept my motorhome in their yard for 14 days without completing any of the promised work. They managed to order all the wrong parts, which forced me to go out and buy the correct ones myself (which I was able to do quickly and efficiently). They put zero effort into finding parts, and their part guy has no clue what any part to a vehicle is. When I asked him for the core to the hydroboost back, in order to get my deposit refunded his response was “what’s a core? I wouldn’t even know what a core looks like.”Despite Chris, the owner, assuring me that they would "work like hell on it after I dropped off the parts," the reality was quite the opposite.

When I returned later that day to check on the progress, I was told by Mike “it’s all done but Chris needs to road test it and he is gone.” It didn’t take long to find out that this wasn’t the truth when I saw the calibers and brake pads that I dropped off were still sitting in their boxes on the counter, and the mechanic working on my vehicle had changed to another. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the tight deadline for my trip. Adding insult to injury, Chris never once called to provide an update on the status of the repairs. I would have been able to cancel my trip without forfeiting my deposit.

Due to their incompetence and lack of communication, I ended up losing the deposit on my trip. They were reminded multiple times about the deadline for the trip. This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and costly. I would not recommend CMC Mechanics to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

verbal and handshake deal made between cris and , just to be told while on my way to pick up the liftgate that he sold it for more money. i also called him an 1hr before telling him i m on my way and he states he is holding it for me while he is still showing it hoping for more money. not a man of his word and his handshake mean nothing. will never us him as a mechanic will never recommend him as a mechanic not buy any of his listing.
