Salem was great. He was kind and professional. Took a look at our dryer, and was able to troubleshoot the issue for us. He gave us our options with prices for fixing it. Wasn’t here too long at all and ensured we were happy with his fix before we left. We will be using Captain Appliance again in the future!

One of our gas cooktop burners had never worked. Capitan Appliance had a great rating on Yelp so i gave them a try. I called on Friday afternoon and the technician was here on Monday. Our technician was Joe Greene. He was on time and i felt safe with him in our home. He was clean and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and got the burner working. It was not an easy fix. Thank you Capitan!

Called Capitan mid-day on a Friday for help with a dryer that quit drying. Dispatcher said they get there early the next week but would try to see if a service person was in the area on Saturday and could swing by. Saturday morning, the technician (with the correct repair part) arrived. Total repair only took about 20 minutes and dryer works great. Bottom line: the price was fair, the service great, the tech knew his stuff and they arrived 3+days early. I'm happy.

Quick response to my original service request, easy scheduling process, and my service person (Tyler) was incredibly nice and efficient. He quickly and easily diagnosed the problem (burned out ignitor on a gas oven), fully answered my questions, and even had the needed parts with him. I had a lot of anxiety about getting this repair, and the entire Capitan team couldn't have been better to work with. While I hope I don't need their services in the future, they will absolutely be my first call if I do!

We had a water leak in our dishwasher and Capitan Appliance was able to come out and look at it the very next day. The technician was very professional and thorough and explained all of the issues and what are options were.

We ultimately decided to replace the unit but I will definitely call Capitan the next time we have any appliance issue.

Incredible experience! We’ve had some problems getting honest, knowledgeable technicians out to fix our lemon LG refrigerator (please do not buy this brand!) but Salem from Capitan was great. He came out quick, gave us a quote and will be picking up the part and fixing later today! I can’t recommend this company any higher.

Joe at Capitan Appliance was amazing! He analyzed & repaired our LG Dryer issue quickly. He was explanatory about the issue, knowledgeable, and very polite. It is the first time that we used Capitan Appliance and due to Joe’s wonderful service, we will definitely plan to ask for their help any time we have future appliance issues.
