so i locked my key and key fob in my trunk at the Walmart in Marble Falls and im from San Antonio car is a Mercedes Benz and apparently is very hard to get into! called around to numerous places with no help! left a message on their answering machine and received a call within 15 minutes! Matthew came to the rescue! He had that trunk open in 10 minutes at a more than fair price!!! Very grateful to you sir! only guy in 50 miles that could do it! very friendly and professional! and thanks for the insurance tip! they covered it! Awesome thanks again!!!! feel free to put this on your reviews on your website! i tried!

I appreciate this small business. They re-keyed 4 locks for my house. I removed them and brought them into the shop. Bill performed faster than I anticipated. It was less expensive that I thought. Integrity, competency and service!

Fantastic customer service! Went in to try and fix a pesky key fob problem and getting a duplicate of a mailbox key that failed when getting a duplicate key from another place. The guy are very thorough in troubleshooting everything. They solved my key problem! There's nothing like a decades of experience when it comes to these services.

I have used this company for years, both personally and professionally, and they have never failed to deliver. All of their service guys have been great but this last visit with Matthew was over-the-top customer service. We needed to replace low-grade locks that were nothing but a frustration... multiple sets of keys for employees... and now they work like they always should have. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

I was looking for a locksmith in Austin that had an actual storefront -- I wanted to go to the business personally to get a new car key fob. Everyone I called only traveled, and wanted to charge me $$$ for it. Then I realized that Marble Falls was just as close; I found Bill's and everything ran smoothly from there. Even though I had to order a fob after my first visit, the return visit was quick, efficient and worry-free. All the staff I dealt with were professional, cordial and happy to help. Their estimate from the first visit was accurate, so I knew what to plan on for the return visit. I highly recommend for key fobs and everything else.

Ok this is a total pleasure. I’m so tired of posting negative reviews. Matthew was absolutely great. In this post COVID world finding staff that enjoys what they do and represent their firm in such a professional and personable fashion is truly unique.
