Big promises, mediocre service, highest prices. In case if failures, they don't take responsibility. Double accounting for services regularly.. There are many better alternatives in Palma!! We call this type of companies Abzocker in Germany. If someone continuously pulls money out of your pocket for minimal delivery.

Of course I am not a client anymore because I canceled the contract for my motor yacht after several failures. But I proof my case with invoices and emails!! Not a nice story and last act this week.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a customer of Berthon Spain since 2022. They provide fantastic service, and go beyond the norm to find creative solutions to any boat issues. Addy, Andrew and the team are great. Highly recommend!

We came to Berthon to assist in helping us to make change to our tender to bring it up to a commercial level. We had a tight time line and long list of jobs to get through but Jaume and his engineers we very efficient and we able to complete everything within the timeline and to the high standard that was required. With the constant communication from Jaume and Addy to ourselves we always knew where we were every step of the way. Their ability to change when new requests came in at the last minute was also really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Amazing team, super professional, very knowledgeable and reliable. Had an unexpected problem with our prop shaft due to another company in Gibraltar doing a bad job. Berthon got us in during high season and fixed everything without a hiccup. Definitely recommended.

My Hallberg Rassy HR40 was in the best hands with Addy and her team for the annual maintenance work. Both the organisation and the execution of the work down to the smallest detail was simply first class. Especially the good communication during the maintenance work was exemplary.

We contacted Addy at Berthon Palma about some concerns regarding our Mastervolt batteries on board our sailing yacht. Eventhough Berthon is very busy Addy got her colleague Richard to make himself available for a quick visit to the boat.
