I have had no problems,so far with this company. The drivers have been very good whenever I have had to use them. My problem arose when I scheduled a ride,I gave the scheduler the date and time (I called a full week before my appt). While I was on the phone with her NOT ONCE did she mention that they would be closed because of a state holiday. I tried to remedy this with the director-but just got an "I am sorry for your inconvenience but we state on the busses (I am not a regular rider), and on our fb page (which I don't follow) when we are going to be closed. We also state on our recording that we are closed on all STATE (not necessarily FEDERAL) holidays". I gave 3 stars because of this interaction. If the scheduler had told me the day I scheduled the ride,or the recording had said "we will be closed XXXXX 99,2022 because of a state holiday I would not have had a problem and would have rescheduled, like I ended up having to do anyway. I came away from this experience feeling like the director A) didn't listen to my compaint and B) was very condescending in her emails to me. I will consider up grading this in the future.
