Ordered a pair of nightstands on 10/31/24. They were promised to arrive on 11/2/24. Since the delivery date of 11/2 the status of the shipment on the FedEx site says "out for delivery today". The only problem is, the shipment is in another city 5 hours away from me.
Every day I receive an update of "to be delivered today" yet nothing arrived. We are now going on 5 days late.
I called Ashley to cancel my order and receive a refund. I was told I have to wait until they receive the product back at the warehouse. I guess the customer has to be unconvinienced for the mistake of the shipping company instead of refunding or sending out a new pair.
This is bad customer service and I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley.

The black guy who works at the front security gate and drives the silver Impala is extremely unprofessional. I drive trucks and I have to deal with him often. He never says anything. When I came to this location for the first time, I had to ask him questions on where to go. Then he has an attitude as if you’re automatically supposed to know. As if it’s not his JOB. Customer service completely nonexistent, and it’s not ok because he’s the first person you have to encounter when coming here. His head is always down in his phone when you pull up or he’s actively engaging in a phone conversation when signing the paperwork. God forbid if there was an actual threat. It would be too late for everyone because the security guard doesn’t care. Sad to think that these are the people you give a paycheck to. Absolutely horrible representation of the company.

I received a damaged and dirty sofa in the first week of July. The movers took pictures and reported the damage to the company and told me that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. 10 days later I called the customer service to see why nobody has contacted me. The customer service representative told me I need to send more pictures and they will contact me next week. 2 weeks passed and no one called me. So I called again. This time I was told that I need to call the customer service for online orders. So I called and explained everything again and I was told that someone will contact me. One week later I called and had to explain the situation again to someone new. I finally escalated the situation enough to be able to speak with the supervisor. She said that she will call me next week and let me know if they can replace the furniture. I waited for 10 business days again and she didn’t call me back. So I called again and this time she wouldn’t talk to me and had someone take my message. I was transferred to another supervisor and was promised a new Sofa on August 1st and even got a confirmation email. Today is October 3rd and I still have not received my sofa. This company should not be in business because they lack basic customer service and I will never spend another penny on anything from this store again. I am beyond disappointed with my purchase and I am now stuck with a dirty couch that I can’t even use. Do Not Buy From this Company!

I wish I could leave a negative star! It's been 3 months since I purchased a bedroom set and I've been sleeping on the floor because they still haven't been in to assemble my bed, i paid for a service that has not been provide and that is just awful! How can such a big name company treat their customers this way? I've asked them to take their furniture back since it hasn't even been used because it's not assembled and they tell me they can't so that anymore because it's been so much time since I purchased it. I've called dozens of times and I get the same excuses and lies, that the person that helped me the previous call did things wrong, I've heard that excuse about 6 times now. I am seriously considering to contact a lawyer to get this fixed, either get my furniture put together or give me my money back! I will never buy from ashley again and I will make sure that everyone I know will know how bad you guys treat your customers!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We paid for delivery, they went to the wrong address, the delivery stated to leave item in front door, we had to pick up in this distribution center and the guy that works the orders said he couldn’t help us move the box (88lbs) because he doesn’t get paid for that. I told him look you don’t even know what we have been through with this order and he said that was not his problem. To deal with it with customer service. RUDE, unprofessional.

Plenty of space to maneuver. I had to wait for a dock. Slow to unload, but overall not a bad experience.
