I received three calls in a five minute time frame. When I returned the call the guy told me that I had a cash advance of $500 from back in 2017 that I owed for and the new balance is in the $2000’s when I asked for information he just kept reading off my personal info and saying I need to pay or it will hit my credit. I admit I got angry and cursed at him and he hung up on me. I called back and I was forwarded to a supervisor who told me that I was on the wrong for cursing. I apologized and asked for the information to show proof of the debt. She gave me a different date and year as well as a higher amount than the guy did. When I told her that I would contact the bank to show proof that I didn’t get these funds she told me that I will lose because they don’t deal with bank statements and I will owe in the $3000’s. I asked what I can do to prove that I don’t owe this and she told me that it will hit my credit in 72 hours and good luck disputing it and hung up on me. Worst people ever. I would rather have this non bill of mine sit on my credit report for the next 7 years than waste my time talking to these rude individuals. I k ow I should t have cursed but when you have a person calling and guessing you and telling you that everyone says they don’t owe anything without even listening to what you have to say it’s just straight up rude.

reported a medical debt that i was never contacted about because they got my address wrong. they also tried to get me to pay them more than i owed over the phone, lied to me, and were extremely rude and aggressive when i spoke to them on the phone. they consistently refuse to provide any validation of this debt or give me any information and are not being cooperative, which is in violation of the FDCPA. you can report them to your state's attorney general, the PA attorney general, the CFPB, and potentially the FTC.

Worst customer service! The woman that answers all phone calls is extremely RUDE and unprofessional! 00000 stars for this company and it’s staff.
I had not idea I owed money to surgery center in Weston FL till last night I received a letter by mail from this unprofessional company collecting $381.63. I called the center where I had my surgery done back in 12/7/22, and they confirmed that my UHC insurance didn’t covered the full amount which I was NEVER NOTIFIED - AWARE of this charges. Last year in my surgery date I was charged a diferente amount close to $300.00 which I PAID, I was told it was all my out of pocket and I shouldn’t had to pay anything else after they had verified with UHC insurance which means that Weston Center lied to me on the date of my surgery, they NEVER disclosed any additional payments since they said they had worked everything out with my insurance. THIS IS SO ILLEGAL AND UNBELIEVABLE!

I spoke to one person who was actually helpful, every other people who works here are rude, sad, soulless people that genuinely deserve the worst. They are scam artist with no empathy. I hope you all get bad dreams and kick rocks with open toed shoes ?

costumer service is terrible. I received a call and they hang up right away. I called back apparently about my husband and the person would not give give me any information about the debt until i provided the last 4 digits of his social, I told him i didn’t feel comfortable providing that info and he just kept saying “I will document the refusal” talking over me. They have to understand that there is a lot of scammers around.
If there is a debt (which we are not aware of any) they can send a bill home.
