I saw a lot of negative reviews here and you always had an explanation. Can you help me understand this? My package was delivered at your store on 8/20/2024; I came to pick it up the same day around 5pm, and you told me it had not arrived and sometimes it takes an extra day to arrive which I reluctantly accepted as an explanation but left confused by it; on 8/20/2024, the same day, I receive another notification that my package was returned to sender because I missed the pickup window. Which window? A few hours? The pick up notification said I had till 8/27/2024. It’s not like I waited a couple of days.

Can you explain what happened? Because I feel like you either returned the package before I arrived to pick it up-meaning a few hours after it was delivered- or it was there when I came, but either it was in a pile of things to return or you couldn’t see it and later it was counted in things that needed to be returned. That’s pretty careless considering it’s a business that deals with people’s belongings, some of which can be valuable.

As for the attitude, I will let the person who reads this review and decide to come to your store be the judge of it. It was my second time at the store and as the first time, I wouldn’t give the customer care a good rating.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
The man that works here or owns this place is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
I’ve NEVER in my LIFE received customer service like I did here!!
He makes you feel belittled when he is talking to you!
He has NO patience, which is needed in a place like this!

Thank God I was able to file a claim and receive my money back for my package that was left for pick up at his store.

Imagine coming from a long day of work, rushing to get my package at 6:05pm(and it states on the website that they close at 6:30pm) . I see the shutters down but the light is on in the back. I’m calling to ask if I can get my package. Also stating that on the website it says “close at 6:30 pm”.
He answers very rudely stating “He can close whatever time he wants too”.
EXCUSE ME!!!!
I stood there in disbelief (literally).
It takes two seconds to give me my package!!!
like are you serious!!!!

I’m still Shocked up to now how people can have a business and be so RUDE, as if we owe them something!!! SMH.
This is sad and so is this place!!!

Moving Forward, I pray my packages NEVER get sent here again!!

All these reviews and not one of them is Good!
At this point IT CANT BE THE CUSTOMERS!!!!
ITS YOU!!!!!!

We used this location for luggage storage through the BOUNCE app. Very convenient location and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it! Your luggage is safe and secure in a locked area + scan at drop off & pick up is done!

I have never seen so much hot headed and misguided ignorance and attitude from a 3 foot tall human in my entire time of being on this earth. From the moment i walked in the door he was angry. When i gave him my ID he starts complaining about the package being sent to a neighbor and not his store. Both places share the same address so that is obviously an issue he needs to work out with UPS. He was angry with me like it was my fault. I tried to explain that the store address was the only one provided. However in life I have learned that ignorance doesn’t have any ears, just a mouth. The experience was uncalled for and I’m sure he has lost a staggering amount of business due to his revolting treatment of customers. I will not be back and I encourage anyone else to not conduct any business here. Take your money elsewhere i.e his competitors.

Good day

rude old short Caribbean man at the front who makes it hard for you to get your package for no reason. Came in with the slip and he started giving me attitude because I didn’t hand him my ID off rip and after giving it to him he continued to argue with me and calling me a stupid girl etc etc. I will be calling UPS and filing a report because they shouldn’t be in relation with someone like this. He even threw my package.

He *phillip?* is handling packages illegally.
This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at an ups access point. It wasn’t my choice to have my package sent to this place, i wish that he would be taken off of any “UPS access point” forever. It started with him, Phillip, demanding I show my lease agreement after showing him my ID. He said that my name wasn’t on the package but the address was correct-confirmed after UPS took it from his storefront and redelivered it to me -my name was clearly on the package. So he lied. He refused to confirm the tracking number (after giving him the receipt with the tracking number, my name, the address. After asking him to confirm that it was the same tracking number that I had on the receipt he yelled at me saying that he wasn’t stupid and refused to look at the package again to confirm the tracking number. He stated “I’m not stupid and I don’t need to double check the name on the package”. Low and behold my name WAS on the package. I had it redirected from his storefront and redelivered to my place. NEVER send packages through this storefront or give him any of your business!! The only way I had my package re-delivered from him was by complaining to UPS directly and have them pick up my package and redeliver it to me. I’ve never been disrespected by someone as I have by him. I also talked to UPS costumer service and they said that his actions were *illegal*.

DON'T LET YOUR PACKAGE GO HERE. I shipped a gift from the west coast to New York and it was sent here with a "sorry we missed you slip" left on the recipients door from UPS. When she went to pick it up he refused to give it to her because "her name didn't match but the address did". I was on speaker phone to him and requested he double check the tracking number since I had the receipt from the UPS I shipped from showing both her correct name, address, and tracking number. He refused to double check the package and acted extremely immature and rude. I called my own UPS to explain the situation and was told he legally is required to hand over the package if the recipient has the "sorry we missed you" slip. I explained to them that he didn't seem to care about what is legal or not and is holding the package from her. My own UPS location graciously rerouted the package back to her place with a door code so it wouldn't be missed and wouldn't be sent back to this location. Crazy enough her correct name, address, and tracking number were on the package when it arrived at her place. This just tells me he was either lying or too stubborn to double check the package. He proceeded to say she thinks she's privileged because the color of her skin when she explains the experience she had in person. I won't even begin to explain how ridiculous and unrelated that is to this entire situation, but I encourage you to read the rest of the reviews and learn about how horrible this place is run.
